SHIPPING METHODS

ALL ORDERS CONTAINING FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS WITH AN ACTIVE FFL.
 
We work alongside industry standard carriers to provide a quick hassle free shipment. Carrriers include, but are not limited to, UPS: Ammo, firearms, or any standard Shipping options, FedEx For Firearms, or any standard shipping options, and USPS for Firearms or any standard shipping options.

Any amount over 140lbs will be typically be shipped by pallet. Pallet shipping can fluctuate in price. Numbers listed below are general rates, but you can contact us for a special rate if you plan on purchasing any amount over 140lbs.

Protect your order with Ship-Safely’s shipping insurance by Nano-Insurance. 
 
Ship-Safely is a policy designed for you and covers you in the event of your delivery being lost, stolen or damaged whilst in transit. Giving you an added level of comfort and security that your purchase is protected.

Gunngle is not responsible for any lost or damage items in transit. Any order not insured with Shipping Protection will only have basic carrier coverage up to $100. Subject to change by the carrier. Approval of claims are at the discretion of the carrier. 

order fulfillment

All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Once you place your order, the item(s) gets marked as reserved then are packaged. Any orders placed past 3pm on a Friday (eastern) will not ship out until the following week. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been picked up by the carrier you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to page for updates on your order. Shipment time will vary from order to order based on the item ordered, the carrier, the package weight, and the distance. The carriers estimated delivery time may be changed due to external circumstances unrelated to your order.
 
For questions regarding your shipment after it has left, please contact the carrier. Once a package has shipped out we have no further information or influence on the order. All updates or changes are from the carrier. Any shipment inquiries should be submitted to them directly. If you need assistance with your order/product and are experiencing an issue or have any questions regarding your order/product Please let us know.
 
Responsibility and Ownership of your order transfers to you once the item is delivered. Gunngle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused items after delivery.  

Shipment Restrictions

Gunngle will comply with all federal and state laws to restrict or ban certain items from shipping to your location. All Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with your state laws. If the item you’d like to order needs to be modified or rerouted to sperate location to meet your local regulations, you must contact the receiving party FFL/Dealer/CR before ordering on Gunngle. If an item is shipped to a state where it is not legal and the receiving party will not take in or make the necessary modifications, The customer will be charged for return shipping as well as restocking fee.
 
Gunngle does not ship to the following states: CA, CT, IL, MA, NJ, NY, RI, DC, HI, VT, WA, CO, DE

  • Firearms
    • Shipping to an FFL: All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) address in your area. It’s your responsibility to contact your chosen FFL before purchasing from Gunngle.
    • Finding an FFL: Use our FFL finder or select one at checkout. If your preferred FFL isn’t listed, ask them to send their license to us at websales@gunngle.com.
    • Pickup Instructions: When picking up your firearm from the FFL dealer, inspect it thoroughly for any damages or defects. If there are issues, do not accept the transfer. We will have the firearm shipped back to us at our expense and offer you a replacement or full refund.
    • Denial of Transfer: If your ATF Form 4473 is denied, you will be responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee. For more details, see our Return Policy. Once you accept the transfer, the gun is considered used and is non-returnable and non-refundable.

IN person pickup

Gunngle does not offer physical pickup option. All orders must shipped out.
