Product Description
The Expedition rifle is Taurus’ first bolt-action design and is based on the tried-and-true Remington 700 action. A precision hammer-forged barrel allows for consistent sub-MOA accuracy and is paired with a 3-lug bolt instead of the traditional 2-lug for a shorter bolt throw. The scalloped stock cut allows for the rifle to be easily set into a gun saddle and is built from synthetic polymer for both lighter weight and better corrosion and moisture resistance in the field. Featured on the forearm is an M-LOK slot for attaching bipods along with an additional interface from Spartan Precision Equipment for use with their quick-detach bipods. The Expedition feeds from the common AICS-pattern magazines and features a shorter 18-inch barrel for ease of maneuvering when traveling through dense brush.
