The 1873 Cattleman is a modern reproduction of Colt’s famous Single Action Army (SAA) revolver. Initially developed for the US Army, it became widely used and later earned the nickname “Peacemaker.”
The Cattleman Revolver features a 6-shot cylinder and a spring-loaded cylinder-pin retainer for easy maintenance. A retractable firing pin adds an additional safety feature by remaining out of the firing position until the trigger is pulled.
This model features a charcoal blue finish on the barrel, cylinder, trigger guard, and backstrap combined with a case-hardened finish on the frame and walnut grips. It is chambered in .45 Long Colt and features a 5.5-inch barrel.
