Smith & Wesson’s premium version of the classic 1911, the SW1911 E-Series is a line of single-action semi-automatic handguns chambered in .45 ACP with an 8+1 capacity and a steel frame. The checkered wood laminate grip provides a secure hold and includes both a thumb safety and beavertail grip safety. Additional features include an external extractor, skeletonized hammer and trigger, and front slide serrations. The SW1911 E-Series is suitable for personal protection and home defense.
